Welcome to The Bloomsburg SportsPlex !
The
Bloomsburg SportsPlex USAG Gymnastics Team serves our community by
providing for the development of the mental, physical, and emotional well
being of aspiring athletes. This is accomplished by our competent and
dedicated coaching staff, using state of the art equipment in a safe and
enjoyable environment. Toward that end, the Bloomsburg SportsPlex officers,
directors, staff, and volunteers are committed to:

Coordination of training
with the Bloomsburg SportsPlex’s Recreational Gymnastics Programs, which
covers the entire range of youth and their development, beginning with
pre-school classes, so that there is the opportunity for advancement to
the USAG team program. |

An environment to experience the
importance of physical fitness, including strength, balance, flexibility
and coordination, and the value of a disciplined training regimen that
enhances any athletic endeavor. |

A learning experience with emphasis on
the values of responsibility, competitiveness, dedication and goal
setting, which can be retained throughout adulthood. |

Exhibitions for schools, service
organizations, and community events to promote public awareness of the
importance of physical fitness, to offer positive role models to aid in
the social development of area youth, and raise charitable contributions
for worthy causes. |

The resources to aid young gymnasts striving for a spot on the Olympic
Team, a college scholarship, or
simply valuable self-esteem. |
